IL PROGETTO
R.I.S.To.VET – “Rural Innovative Sustainable Tourism for VET” è un progetto co-finanziato dalla Commissione Europea attraverso il programma Erasmus+ (KA2, strategic partnership for vocational education and training), il cui obiettivo è sviluppare, strutturare e condividere conoscenze professionali nell’ambito del turismo sostenibile su base locale 4.0. Gli enti di formazione VET e gli istituti di formazione saranno coinvolti in un training professionale e in un processo di self-training, al fine di fronteggiare le sfide del turismo contemporaneo.
Il progetto durerà 33 mesi, dal 01-11-2019 al 31-07-2022.
R.I.S.To.VET coinvolge 6 partner provenienti da vari paesi: WSBINOZ (Polonia), VVTA (Belgio), ILI (Germania), Co.Net (Italia), Ergasia (Grecia) e CEIPES (Italy).
OBIETTIVI
- Sviluppare, strutturare e condividere conoscenze professionali nell’ambito del turismo sostenibile su base locale 4.0.
- Coinvolgere gli enti di formazione VET e gli istituti professionali in un processo di training e self-training per fornire loro gli strumenti utili a fronteggiare le sfide del turismo contemporaneo.
- Creare, sviluppare e testare un percorso di formazione che possa essere utilizzato sia per la formazione in presenza sia per quella erogata virtualmente.
- Estrapolare modelli dalle buone pratiche adottate nei contesti locali dei paesi coinvolti.
- Testare gli strumenti di apprendimento – sia online sia offline – e offrirli come un primo toolkit educativo su base europea incentrato sul turismo sostenibile su base locale 4.0, rendendoli disponibili ai futuri professionisti del turismo e ai professionisti del settore che vogliano aggiornare le proprie competenze.
ATTIVITA'
- Delineare un percorso di formazione innovativo per l’educazione VET nel settore turistico, disponibile sia per l’apprendimento online sia per quello offline.
- Creare un toolkit condiviso e su base europea che si basi sulle buone pratiche sviluppate da piccole imprese operanti nel settore del turismo digitale su base locale e sostenibile.
- Sviluppare una metodologia condivisa per sistematizzare le conoscenze fondate sulle pratiche condotte da piccole aziende turistiche, rendendola una strumento operativo per l’educazione VET.
RISULTATI
INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 1
ANALISI DEI DATI ESISTENTI SUL TURISMO, LE NUOVE FORME DI OSPITALITA’, LA PROMOZIONE DELLE IDENTITA’ LOCALI, IL TURISMO DIGITALE NEI CONTESTI LOCALI DEI PARTNER.
Un’analisi dei contesti nazionali e locali di ciascun paese partner, contenente dati sulle piccole imprese turistiche e sulle loro strategie di risposta alle sfide dei mercati turistici contemporanei.

SVILUPPO DI UNA PIATTAFORMA E-LEARNING
Verrà sviluppata una piattaforma e-learning in base ai bisogni degli utilizzatori finali e seguendo gli strumenti usati durante la definizione del percorso di apprendimento.

Organizzazione di webinar
